Climb aboard a Big Bubble for a breathtaking sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride over the region of Stellenbosch. Visit the wine estates your have flown over and sample there Méthode Cap Classique (MCC), South Africa’s equivalent to the french old art of Champagne making, romantic, adventurous and a real tong twisting tour.

Without any delay, we head off to the Stellenbosch wine route region. Climb into our first bubble of the day and Float like a cloud, look down on a 360 degree ever changing view. Enjoy the peace and tranquility while watching the sun rise above the horizon. Toast the landing where ever that may be with a traditional glass of Sparkling wine and/or orange juice to celebrate your flight. Our retrieval vehicle will take you back to the venue for breakfast/Brunch and award you with a commemorative certificate which proves you defied the law of gravity.
We then head out to two wine estates, The House of J.C. Le Roux. This wine estate is the leading wine estate dedicated exclusively to creating sparkling wine. It was also the first wine estate in South Africa to undertake this endeavor. Using a traditional French style technique, this wine estate creates the finest vintage Methode Cap Classiques
Our next stop on this tour is at the Lanzerac Wine Estate. This wine estate arose in 1962 when Isaac Schrijver was granted a piece of land by the then Governor of The Cape, Simon Van Der Stel, and it has since grown into the most iconic South African wine estate it is today.
