THIS IS A MANAGED HOME RENTAL. Escape city life to enjoy a relaxing beach break in the popular suburb of Camps Bay. With numerous beaches close by as well as plenty of restaurants and shops, there is lots to see and do.
For those who would like to do some sightseeing, there are also hop-on-hop-off bus tours which frequent the area. Inside, the open plan living area is light, spacious and filled with luxurious furnishings and colourful artwork.
The kitchen has all the essentials, including a gas stove and a breakfast bar. The dining area seats 8 guests comfortably, and offers views of the sea and garden. The lounge is just off from the dining area and has large couches, a TV and doors leading out onto the balcony.
The patio and garden are the perfect place for spending warm summer days; here you will find sun loungers, outdoor dining for 8, a built-in BBQ and comfortable seating. The garden area offers a pool, which is fenced off for safety, and a jungle gym ideal for children.
All three bedrooms lookout onto the gardens and mountains. The main bedroom has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, a TV and doors leading on the balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. These two rooms share a bathroom.
In the area there are some great running, hiking and cycling routes for those who enjoy the outdoors. The Table Mountain Cable Car and Lions Head walking trail are both within a quick 10 minute drive, while the Constantia wine route and Hout Bay market are about 20 minutes away.
