17 on Nautica is a well-equipped three-bedroom apartment within a secure residential complex on the lower slopes of Lion’s Head. Its elevated position provides beautiful views across the Atlantic coastline and surrounding mountains, while Clifton and Camps Bay are both within easy reach.

The main living area has an open-plan lounge and dining layout with direct access to the private pool deck. Air-conditioning provides comfort during warmer weather, while a plasma satellite television with DVD offers entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything required for self-catering and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.
