Andy’s Place combines the space and privacy of a residential villa with convenient access to Camps Bay, the Atlantic coastline and central Cape Town.
At the heart of the home is a large, fully equipped kitchen featuring oak cabinetry and granite countertops. Both gas and electric stovetops provide flexibility for cooking, while a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and full laundry facilities make the villa practical for longer stays. A convenient serving counter connects the kitchen with the dining area.
The dining table seats eight guests and leads down into the main lounge, where two comfortable couches, a fireplace and television with DStv create an inviting space for evenings at home. A second entertainment lounge provides another place for guests to gather, complete with DStv and a pool table.
Doors lead outside to the covered patio, swimming pool and spacious garden. Outdoor dining for eight, comfortable lounge seating and sun loungers make this a wonderful setting for enjoying Cape Town’s warmer weather.
