It has a new Chefs kitchen with Gas Stove top, dual temp wine fridge and Miele appliances, and Nespresso coffee machine. There are modern oak floors with grey wash throughout the living area.
There are 2 large lounge areas , a bar area, dinning area and 2 stunning outdoor decks, one with a jaw dropping rim flow glass pool that looks toward the beach , Lions head and Table mountain. There is an outdoor bar and gas barbecue with , sun lounges and plenty of outdoor seating , all overlooking the majestic views. There is drive in access from the road.
It is only 3 minutes drive from the beach and the famous Camps bay Entertainment strip, and 15 minutes to the center of Cape Town and the Waterfront. The Penthouse villa has free high speed wireless internet, cable television, large flat screen TV, i pod docking station and, sound bar .
