Casa Del Palmera is situated in Central Langebaan.  It is a brisk walk from almost everything,  including central town with all its restaurants, shops and the beach.  This property is built on several levels.  There are x2 ensuite bedrooms on the ground level.  The kitchen, lounge and entrance are all on the ground level.  The main ensuite bedroom and a informal lounge is situated on the 1st floor.  Both the ground and first floors have amazing views of Langebaan and the Lagoon.  The house is ideal for a large group or family.  The house is also equipped with both indoor and outdoor built in braai areas.  The large double garage is available for guests to use. 

 

The 1st floor has a fully equipped modern kitchen with an open plan design.

 

Casa Del Palmera is equipped for 6 people and is rented out on a self-catering basis.  The house is equipped with Premium Bouquet DSTV and all furnished for comfort.  Sorry no pets allowed!
