This lovely 1 bedroom double volume loft holiday apartment is located high up in a modern apartment block in one of the best positions in De Waterkant (a quiet road yet close to everything). It has good views of the V&A Waterfront, the harbour and Signal Hill. Lots of fashionable restaurants and coffee shops to walk to, including a few food stores.
The apartment has a lounge fully equipped kitchen (all the usual small appliances and a refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave). A large dining table in the kitchen serves as the dining area. The lounge has got plenty of seating, a flat screen TV with a basic satellite package (DSTV). The sliding doors open onto a Juliette balcony.
The en – suite bedroom has large mirrored built in cupboards and a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a shower. There is a shared pool and gym which is available for guests to use.
The building has very good 24 hour security and there is a secure parking bay for this apartment. Currently there is no internet but we can assist in hiring a wifi router. For stays of 1 week or longer we provide 1 clean every 7 nights. Good quality toiletries are provided. De Waterkant is ideal either for corporate rentals or holiday rentals.
