House Kaliva
This newly built property offers spectacular sea and mountain views and comprises of 3 spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 extra length single beds which can also be converted into King size beds on request. The flow throughout the home makes this property perfect for easy summer living in the prestigious Camps Bay.
The living pavilion has a double volume ceiling and all folding doors open up onto the outside living area. An Assirelli kitchen, 10 seater dining table and a couch seating area complete the living area that offers uninterrupted views of Lions Head and the 12 Apostles, Camps Bay beach and out over the sea.
The large pool has an automated slatted solar cover for heating and also locks the pool for child safety. A jacuzzi is in close proximity to the pool and to a covered terraced area with comfortable seating and a built in, wood fired barbeque/braai.
Located one floor below the main home is a multi-purpose room with a large flat screen satellite TV and surround sound system. This room can also be used as an additional sleeping area if required. Adjoining this room is a separate laundry room with a toilet, basin and shower.
There is a garage and ample off street parking. The home is wheel chair friendly with no barriers and offers a lift from street level directly up into the top floor living pavilion and bedrooms.
The house is North West facing and will be pleasant and very peaceful, even when the prevailing summer South East wind blows.
The property is children’s friendly. On request, children’s beds can be arranged as well as toys. (age 4 – 10). In the front bottom garden is a jungle gym incl a slide and climbing section for little guests (to be used at own risk).
Basic house keeping (Monday – Friday 9:30am-3:30pm) is included, but work on weekends or public holidays needs to be arranged prior at an additional fee. Ironing can be arranged on request directly with the house workers but at own risk.
Other things to note
There are two other permanently tenanted apartments lower on the property which are not part of the rental. They do not impact on the views or privacy of the main house.
