One level up is an optional 6th bedroom, with a separate entrance making it ideal for anyone who enjoys their privacy. The third level is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The beach is only a 5 minute drive, as is the Camps Bay strip which has numerous high-end bars and restaurants to visit.
