Hout Bay has so much on offer i.e sea sports, art galleries, working harbour, magnificent walks in the surrounds, and fantastic restaurants (Seafood, Asian etc) as well as a number of wonderful venues for those Sundowners!
There are 3 bedrooms (main en-suite) with Queen and Double beds furnished with percale linen and soft fluffy towels. The main bedroom is en-suite and has a hairdryer. The second bedroom (double bed) and the third bedroom (2 x singles) share the large second bathroom. Both large bathrooms are equipped with a Rainshower and there is also a guest toilet. All bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space and sleep 6 adults comfortably.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee maker, Juicer, Toaster, Oven and glass top hob. The Dining area and Lounge lead onto the outside veranda and private garden.
The cottage is also equipped with a large screen TV with DVD and selected Satellite TV as well as free Wi-Fi (can sometimes be intermittent) and for those chilly winter nights there is even a working fireplace (Queen Anne coal stove).
The plot is shared, yet totally private with latte (wooden fencing) and own garden with built in BBQ and outside dining/seating for 6 people as well as a Pool (your exclusive use) with loungers and sun chairs.
Please note that you might expect to see other people on the estate but we strive for privacy at all times.
