This beautiful 4 bedroom home is situated in a Private Security Estate on the mountainside in Hout Bay. It is the ideal holiday home as has a lovely open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room, with separate scullery and guest loo.
There is a separate TV room with a flat screen TV and DSTV. The main living areas opens onto a beautiful deck overlooking the large rim-flow pool with spectacular mountain views. There is also an upper deck leading off the bedrooms with large built-in day bed, ideal for afternoon naps.
There are two bedrooms en suite with king size beds, the other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds (one with single pull out) and a bathroom to share. All the bedrooms have a TV. Linen and bath towels provided, but please bring own beach towels. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, large coffee machine, double door fridge with ice maker.
