Sliding floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a private fountain pool that also has Cape Town skyline views. Leading off the hallway the two other bedrooms on this level have compact en-suite showers. Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned and has cupboards and a desk with a discreet small balcony with further windows looking out onto Vos Lane and the old historic Mosque. Divided by a small seating area Bedroom 4 is compact and ideal for children.
The staircase, that connects the lower ground utility room from the ground, first floor and roof terrace has glass railings letting light spread through the property. The amazing open-plan first floor lets you enjoy views of Table Mountain one side with city views inside and out on the other sides. Stylishly furnished this is the entertaining heart of the property. A dark wood paneled fully fitted kitchen looks across a great oval-shaped dining table and the living space can extend by opening up the sliding glass doors onto a large terrace with seating. One door leads off this floor and accessed the third air-conditioned with a compact en-suite shower and views of the village. The main staircase, with sliding glass skylight panel, takes you onto the huge roof terrace. With seating and sun loungers, there is a second plunge pool with spectacular views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and the whole city.
