There is a modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave oven, stove and hob, cutlery and crockery, a washing machine and dishwasher. A large open plan lounge and dining room opens onto the garden.
For your entertainment there is Satellite TV.
Residents enjoy use of “The Village” large indoor heated pool and there is 24 hour security.
The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive, a 100m walk from the beautiful Hout Bay beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
The apartment is not serviced.
