Stairs lead up from the double garage, past the pool to the entrance of the villa which welcomes you into the open plan living and dining areas. There is a comfy L-shaped couch and large flatscreen TV as well as a reading corner.
The fully fitted kitchen with separate scullery is towards the back of the room, which is dominated by a wood and glass staircase leading to the 2 large en-suite bedrooms upstairs. There are gorgeous views from the lounge and glass sliding doors leading to a balcony. The 2 smaller bedrooms are towards the rear of this floor and they share a bathroom. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms.
The master has a small office area but otherwise, both bedrooms are the same, with stunning sea views and balcony access. Please note that the en-suite bathrooms are open plan. The private swimming pool and entertainment area is located on the lower level of the property and only have outside access.
There is an indoor braai/BBQ area and sun loungers to laze by the pool. There is also a self-contained flatlet on this level (the 5th bedroom) which is available on request.
