This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment sleeps four. It is situated on the top floor with breathtaking sea, beach and mountain views.
The main bedroom and lounge open onto a large, wrap-around balcony with outdoor dining furniture, sun loungers and portable barbeque. Spectacular sunsets and beautiful mornings are the order of the day. If you are lucky, dolphins are often seen gently swimming the length of Hout Bay beach.
The spacious kitchen has a separate scullery, equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave oven, stove and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery.
When you are not walking on the beach or swimming in the indoor pool, relax on the couch watching the full bouquet Satellite TV.
The dining room features a six-seater dining room table for enjoying home-made dinners or take-away’s from the many restaurants within walking distance of the apartment.
The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive. The beach is accessible directly from The Village and enjoys 24-hour security and an undercover parking bay.
The apartment is not serviced.
