Down a spiral staircase there is a third and fourth bedroom downstairs, both with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms have both got access to the balcony from where beautiful views can be enjoyed.
A 5th bedroom leads off the back of the kitchen, which can also be used as a second lounge or playroom for children. This bedroom will either use one of the bathrooms 3 and 4 or share with the en-suite off the main bedroom. The guest toilet and basin is used on the same level as this bedroom.
