This house was recently renovated to an immaculate state. The interior is light and new. As you walk in you’ll know this is not just another home. It’s a fun place for three couples, a family with kids, or just one couple.
It’s situated high in the mountains overlooking False Bay. As you walk down to the inviting pool, the modern lounge opens on to the expansive view.
Past the lounge and dining area are the three rooms. The spacious main bedroom has a king bed, large bath in the centre and two modern wet showers with jets. Romantic.
The two other rooms share a bathroom. And there is a guest toilet.
All rooms have aircons.
The dining area, next to the lounge and pool, for 8 has spectacular views. Here you can sit and have fun with friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a Miele fridge and freezer. In the middle is a state of the art coffee machine.
The kitchen continues with hidden dishwasher, washer and dryer. Neat!
Towards teh back is the jacuzzi with casual lounge area.
In front of you is the fire pit area with seating for many. And next to it a built in braai.
What more do you want? Pool, View, Jacuzzi, Braai, Coffee, trampoline — all yours close to beaches.
You even have access to a lockable garage and lift with direct access to the house. Easy! Safe.
*Note: very private to the home is a flatlet with a tenant. The tenant’s place is to the side you’ll only meet in the garage as the one garage is allocated to the tenant. The lawn, pool, braai, fire pit or any other area is yours and only yours.
Note: There is no pool or Jacuzzi cover. Only people who can swim may stay here. Guests who arrange to stay here take full responsibility for pool and jacuzzi access.
