Glass doors open out on to the narrow deck providing access to the sparkling blue pool. From here one can look directly up to Lions Head, from where paragliders regularly launch.
The exposed glass and granite staircase leads up to the second and top floor. Here the master bedroom en-suite (shower only) and two additional bedrooms (one single and the other twin/double) enjoy views of the Lions Head mountain. A full family bathroom serves the two bedrooms. There is a small open work space on the landing.
The basement of the house is a large chill area, complete with a well equipped gym, large comfortable sofas and big screen TV.
There is off-street parking for two cars.
