Gorgeous double storey 4 Bedroom house in Clifton, just off Clifton Steps. It has beautiful views of the ocean. Contemporary tasteful décor throughout and has a Jacuzzi and swimming pool.
Upstairs is the entertainment area. It has a large open plan modern fully equipped kitchen with a dining room table that seats 8 people. Has a huge Flat screen satellite TV with comfortable couches, which open up onto the outside deck. The outside deck has a round day bed, 2 loungers, an outside table that seats 10 people under a latte roof and an 8 seated Jacuzzi. It also has a swimming pool on the lower level of the house. It is a fantastic house for entertaining and for sundowners in the evenings overlooking the ocean.
