Moses Beach Apartment
-Situated on Moses Beach next to Clifton 1st Beach, the apartment is tastefully decorated and comprises two bedrooms, large living area connecting to a modern kitchen, study, and TV room.
-The living area on one side leads onto a large enclosed patio that runs across the front of the apartment, and on the other side onto a large open deck (32 square meters) fitted with electronically operated awnings and sun screens.
-The apartment is light and airy with spectacular views from all rooms.
-The kitchen is fully fitted and adjoining it is a laundry/scullery fitted with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
-Leading down the passage the first room is the TV room fitted with a large plasma TV with satellite cable connection and Blu ray DVD player. There is also a Bose sound CD player. Further down the passage is the second and main bedrooms. The main bedroom, at the end of the passage, has a king sized bed and bathroom en-suite. The second bedroom has large twin beds and the bathroom is across the passage.
-There is uncapped WiFi
-The building has a communal swimming pool and direct access to the beach.
-It is a very secure building with off street parking for one car.
-The apartment is serviced four times a week by a competent, reliable and trustworthy housekeeper as follows: Tuesday full day, Wednesday afternoons, Thursday full day and Saturday mornings.
-The housekeeper is an excellent cook and can provide special meals for entertaining by private arrangement with her.
