Wonderful holiday house by top designer with incredible views and garden. Pedestrian gate on Gay rd – by far the best in Simon’s Town – extremely private and comfortable. Safest place in the Cape. Warmer sea, fireplace, outside heaters. 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, 3 lounges and a games room. 100 yards down to secluded ”secret beach”. Lots penguins in garden.
Beautifully decorated in tasteful style and paintings by former-resident artist. Near Cape Pt, Kalk Bay, golf and happy penguins.
This is a very special holiday house indeed. Blissfully quiet and private yet easily accessible. Great in winter too. One road back from the sea which is actually an advantage in Boulders beach as it is hidden away from the many tourists. The view is unbelievable – bring your binoculars for whale and bird spotting. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and so does the cottage. Award-winning garden planted by Kirstenbosch gardens landscapers 30 years ago. There is also a games room with a table tennis table. House is extremely well equipped for entertaining with high-end kitchen equipment. Good old Bose surround sound hifi with aux cable.
Very quiet – no sign of a neighbour or a tourist. Close proximity to hotspots on the peninsular, including top restaurants and wine estates. Also suitable for photo / video shoots. Super safe as within a naval and army base with only one access rd and armed guards at entry to base over the rd. Two good new bicycles for guest use. You won’t want to leave. Paradise on earth.
