Your Dune 4×4 Eco tour spends the day zipping along dunes in a vast area that has been used in many famous movies over the years, the most recent being “Death Race 3”. The Dunes are just outside Atlantis a 30 minute drive from the centre of Cape Town. We are sure your adrenaline will soon start to flow when you get close and see the dunes you are about explore.
Great care has to be taken when navigating this area, the dunes are a natural phenomenon that can change their formation overnight depending on wind direction.
Your driver has the experience and knowledge to demonstrate how to deal with all types of dunes.
Sand boards are available for anyone wishing to ride the dunes under their own steam.
A mid-day traditional South African braai (BBQ) will be served at lunch time along with refreshments – weather conditions permitting.
Your Dune 4×4 Eco tour will make regular stops giving ample time to get out the cameras and capture those special moments, such as spectacular views of Table Mountain that can be seen on a clear day.
